Which model to order?

A contractor from Sarasota, FL says:

Good day. I am not sure which series to select to replace balancers on 10 windows. The only mark on existing balancers is 22E. Can you please help. Thank you.

Hi Ivan. Take a look at our S380-23. This channel balance has a bottom nylon shoe with a depth (or the distance between the heel and toe of the bottom nylon shoe) of 1". See if this matches what you need. Based on your stamp option of 22E, you will need a stamp option of 2250, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 23 through 27 lbs. Let me know if you have any other questions.

A contractor from Sarasota, FL says:
Hello Bob,

thank you for your reply. It looks good to me but then I am unsure about the rest of the windows. Can you please take a look at the sizes we got from all windows and make recommendation about which parts do I need. I am ready to order but I am not sure what size balancers based upon size of windows and I would like to avoid removal of balancers until I have replacement parts, if possible. Once again thank you very much and if you have any question feel free to call me at 941-275-8056 or to email me.
