I do not know which part I need to stop my window from falling when I open it. The other side is more broken than this one in the photo

Hey there!

We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but the 15-177 is what we recommend. Your old springs aren't compatible with this, so you'll need the Series 152 coil springs, which screw to the side of the shoe with the 33-072. You can check the old spring band for a weight code.
