Which parts?

I ordered 82-107 because it had broken off but when I went to install
It and checked the mortise as recommended it doesn't turn so looks like that needs replacing too Looking at my photos what mortise do I need? It is 11.5" long and the holes where it was screwed into the door are 11" apart. Also the handles are fine but lost the key so would 82-310 be able to be fitted on this handle and new mortise or is there a set that would be easier and compatible?
