Which replacements should I get for this window balancer

Old original window balances, that have never been changed needs replacing now. Not sure what replacement i should buy but the label on the side says 28C OP BSI.

Hello! Your balance appears to be a match for our Series 770. I also recommend the 15-129 for the pivot shoe. Review these two parts and let me know if you had any questions.
