White Plastic Window Balance

Trying to find a replacement for a white window balance. The length of the white shell is 17", has a red cap, pins that are 7/16" apart. The number 1298 is stamped on the spiral metal piece of the balance. Do you have a replacement part for this balance? Thank you

Hello! This looks like a pretty typical spiral balance for a tilt window. You could have either our 9/16" diameter S600-17 or 3/8" diameter S900-17, depending on the diameter of the outer tube.
