White plastic spring balance part

A contractor from Maryland says:
Hello, I have ordered form y'all before but am having a hard time identifying this particular component of an older wooden window sash double hung. No identifying marks visible on the windows or springs. The white plastic hook part that holds the spring to the window has snapped. Do y'all know what this part is and can it be replaced or do I need to replace the whole channel spring?

Hi there, welcome back! if your jamb liners are OK, you're fine just replacing the friction shoe 15-104. If you need new jamb liners you should be able to get them replaced from a local millwork. Let me know how it works out!
