White spring cartridge in window track

This looks like a coil balance assembly. These are made of multiple different part numbers, but you may not need to replace everything. You only need to replace what's broken.

The most important components are the shoe and spring. See our 15-177 pivot shoe and the 1/2" thick Series 152 coil spring. These parts may be all you need.
