White tipped spiral balance

Question

I have a customer needing 4 spiral window balances pictured below.  They are 3/8? diameter but they have a white tip.  Length of tube  is 28-1/2?.   Also need shoes for these which measure 1-1/4? wide x 2? tall and are ½? thick.  Please let me know what you have for this.

Thanks for posting. When you're measuring the diameter, are you measuring the outer tube or the inside spring? You only want to measure the outer tube. If the outer tube is 3/8", I recommend our S900-29. If the outer tube is 9/16" or 5/8", I recommend our S600-29 instead.
