Thanks! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. See our 15-129 for a possible match, but make sure the dimensions are the same as yours. You'll want to remove yours from the window before you measure; you won't get accurate dimensions as long as it's in the track.

You also mention a cable. Looking at these new photos, I'm assuming you're referring to the balance. Consider our Series 770 for a possible match.
