White vinyl window frame

Please help me identify this part. Crack in the spring for the balance went up through the top of the window frame.

Unforutnately, we do not carry replacement jamb liners or springs. The only part we offer for this assembly would be the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. For new jamb liners, we recommend reaching out to the window manufacturer directly. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
