Window arm snapped
Hello,
It looks like your casement window uses 4-bar hinges, but you'll need to measure the base attached to the window sill to narrow down your options. Our selection of hinges can be found here to compare to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
Since it appears your hinge base is 10" long, you may be able to use either the 36-021 or the heavy-duty 36-021HD to replace it. These are "non-handed", so they can be used for either right or left-hand applications, but you would need to replace the top and bottom hinges. Your hinge design is slightly different, but it is still a 4-bar hinge that we come across often, so these would be our best replacement options. Review the specifications of both options and see what you think.
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the mounting bracket used with the 39-091 Roto operator link arm was discontinued by the manufacturer. We apologize for the inconvenience.
