Unfortunately, I can't use the series of the window to determine if the S395 Balance is the correct replacement. This balance as well as a few other have winged attachments. So, without seeing photos of the hardware, it would be hard to confirm if these would work.
If you've reviewed our inventory and your balance's top and bottom plastic attachments match those installed on the S395, then the S395-24 would be the correct replacement.
