Will it replace what's broken in the picture?

Thanks for posting. See the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, 15-181 Double Support and 15-182 Drums. This system uses Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. If they are stamped '6' (and make sure its not a 9 instead!), then use the S190-640 6 pound springs.
