Window Balance 29 5 KW CMC 7

Question

Hello,
I believe your Window Channel Balance, Product Code: S350-30, MAY work for my window, except I note that the wings on the plastic ends of your part are on opposite end parts from my own. Will this still work for my PGT window? The number on my channel balance is "29 5 KW CMC 7"
Also should it not work, do you have a return policy?

Start with our Series 395 channel balance, I think that could work for you. The shoe is 1-1/8" deep, but if this is too large you could always shave it down a bit.
