Hey there,
Your coil balance pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-199 Pivot Shoe. I am confident these are the replacement shoes you'll need but be sure to double check and compare the dimensions to confirm.
This pivot shoe is compatible with either the Series 160 (1/2" width) or the Series 165 (3/8" width) coil balance springs. To determine which series you have, you'll need to confirm the width of your coils. Then you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on each of the coils that will indicate the spring strength needed for your window.
If there are no stamps/markings, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window. That number will be the spring strength you'll need.
Our jamb spreader tool set is the 75-069. Although, it might be easier and more convenient in the long run to use the cutout method.
