Hello! That looks like our 15-177 pivot shoe, which is designed to work with the Series 152 coil spring. We don't sell the exact style cover you have now, so instead we use the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These parts kind of sandwich over the spring to keep it secure in the track.

You will need the stamps printed on the old springs to determine the proper Series 152 option. Make sure to carefully check every spring. It's unlikely that the old stamp wore off on all of them.
