We are installing used windows and noticed one of the windows is missing the piece above.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either the S210-10 10 pound Coil Balance system, or the S161-10 10 pound system, depending on the thickness. See the dimensions below. Remove your old spring system and measure the thickness to confirm what matches best.
