Your balance here looks to be a match for our Series 795. One major difference I see is that your shoe is an "open cam" style, indicated by the square hole in the back. With that in mind you'll also need to purchase the 15-195B open cam shoe separately, and swap the shoes out on receipt.

Note, too, that our Series 795 comes with a screw tab on top, not a hook. If yours uses a hook, please show us a photo of the hole in the frame where it installs and we can work from there.
