Hello there. This looks like a 15-199 Pivot Shoe. It works with either 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance springs, or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs, sold separately. You'll need to remove your old system and measure the coil spring thickness to determine what Series you need. See the videos I listed on this page. Let us know if you have questions.
