Window Balance

Question

Hi,

My name is Thanh Nguyen and I am looking for window balance replacement.

My old window balances are shown in the attached photos. I checked the balance for any possible ID but did not see any beside the stamp of 28B USB. Length of metal part is 29 inches. Top and shoe are in the attached photos.

Please let me know of your equivalent part number.

Hello,

Take a look at our S380-29 channel balance with a 2820 spring strength option. You'll just need to make sure your bottom attachment has a 1" depth that matches the S380 measurement. Thank you!
