Window Balance

I need to replace multiple window balances in my home. Can you recommend? I've attached pictures.

The nylon fittings in your last photo are a little bit obstructed, so I'm not 100% sure, but I think you have our Series 395 channel balance. This has a 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom nylon fitting, so as long as those match then it should work well for your window.

You will definitely need to weigh your sash to get the proper stamp option, yes. This can be done by removing the sash from the window and placing it on a scale. Any common bathroom scale will do.
