Window Balance

Thanks for posting. Based on your information, you might need the S795-32 Channel Balance, stamped 32C. There are a few different T-Lock Shoes that match your description, and without actual photos of the shoe I can't be certain which you have, but start by looking at the shoe that comes by default with this balance, the 15-195, and also the open cam version of this shoe sold separately, the 15-195B. Finally, it seems your balance uses a hook to attach to the window track. The standard Series 795 uses a screw clip instead. Is the hole your hook goes into square-shaped? If so, the 26-200 Screw Plug can be used to install the stock Series 795. Please let us know if the hole is a different shape.
