Window Balance identifier

Question

I need to order 4 to 6 window balance as shown in the picture. On the part it says 26 - 2. The metal part is 26 and 5/8" long (without plastic brackets).

Thanks for posting! We can replace this, though it will need to be specially made. Thanks to your helpful pictures, however, we have everything we need to get started.
