Window Balance

My window balances are broke and need replaced, they are stamped 26-5, I just want to ensure I get the right replacement part.

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I can see the top screw tab where this screws into the top of the track, but I don't see the bottom shoe. Would you happen to have that on hand for us to see?

Hmm... we're definitely getting close. Your balance doesn't appear to have a shoe, but that rivet is a pretty big clue. Look at our Series 795. Could your balance have once looked like this? Note the nylon "T" shaped shoe. This attaches to the bottom of the metal channel and hooks onto that rivet. See the video below for a clearer depiction of what I mean. Let me know your thoughts.
