Duralite Window Balance

Hi, I have Duralite (I think, since that is all I see on the window) double hung windows and I think this is called a window balance in the picture. The windows have a white cord that attached to this part and the top of the part is broken off where it attched. I hope this is all I need for the repair.

I have been looking at your website and I think I need a 15-194 based on the measurements. There is 36B on the metal slide part. I don't see anything that seems to be a closer match based on measurements. Let me know if that is correct and I will order. The window tilts in and the back is closed based on the cam, which is what I think you mean by closed.

Yes, this certainly looks like 15-194. I think that's your best choice.

If you need the whole balance, direct your attention to Series 795. This balance comes with a larger shoe, but you can purchase 15-194 alongside the balance and swap the shoe out:
