Window Balance

Question

Hello....I'm trying to determine what replacement window balancers to purchase.  My existing window balancer measures 1/2" x 20" long.  The only markings on it are 19 4 IP CALDWELL.  Based on the attached photos, please advise what the correct replacement part number is that II should buy.  Thank you!

Thanks for contacting us. I believe you have either our S380-20 or S385-20, depending on the depth of your shoe. That's the only difference between them. Look over our photos and dimensions and let me know what you think.
