I am sure we can help you with a matching balance. To do that, you will need to completely remove the balance out of the window and forward us over photos showing the entire part, including the nylon balance shoe on both ends. We also need to know the metal length measurement of the balance. From there, we can search for a match. |

Thank you! I recognize this part. The manufacturer of this Bonneville window balance has gone out of business, unfortunately. The good news is that I believe you can use our S795-27 channel balance as a substitute. The catch is that this balance comes with a 1-1/4" shoe by default, but you need the 1" 15-194, which is sold separately. You'll have to purchase both and swap them out when you get them. It's very easy, they just pop on and off. Refer to the video below. I also think you might have the 27E stamp, which is for sashes weighing 26 through 30 pounds. You may want to double-check your sash weight to be sure this is correct. Lastly, the Series 795 balance is mounted at the top of the window with a screw. |

No, that's the reason I recommended the 27E stamp. Your balance is an older style that uses a different rating system. I think our 27E stamp is a promising choice, but like I said, you'll want to double check your sash weight to be 100% sure. |
