Window Balance

A quick learner from San Diego says:
Hi Swisco,
I have two Milgard windows which are broken and are the same size. I need to replace this entire balance assembly (2 per window, 4 in total). Stamped on the rail is "26 4 GU CMC 4". Overall, I need to buy 4 assemblies as well as the "Take out clips" which were all broken. Can you please identify all of the parts that I need to purchase?

Thank you,
Camilo

See if the S380-27 or S385-27 match up. The only difference between these two balances is the bottom nylon shoe depth, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You'll need a stamp option of 2640 in either case.

For new take-out clips, see if the 16-002 matches your old ones.
