Window Balance

A quick learner from Florida says:
It is 1/2 inch wide and 35 in Long. I think it may be the series 385 Channel balance but I am not sure

Hello there. This looks like either our S380-35 or S385-35. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. I believe your old stamp code reads 34-5, though it's very faint so please check another balance to confirm. If so, use a new stamp option of 3450.
