I could not find any weight or number markings, the balance on the other side is strong enough to have the window function without failure.
The longer window balance shows number 11, it is a Pella window I believe.

Hello! Looks like you need two different coil balance assemblies. The first one shows our 15-177 pivot shoe, which is designed to work with the Series 152 coil spring.
I'm not sure about the second one. Would it be possible to see a clear picture of an undamaged version of out the window? Seeing it just like you showed us the first assembly would be a huge help, but please make sure that it is whole and that no pieces are broken off or missing.
Thank you! For this balance, I would recommend our 15-252 dual support. This is a little longer than yours but it should work just fine regardless. It's designed to use two Series 160 coil springs. We also sell the 16-032 mounting clip, but you can reuse the original as long as it isn't broken. Same goes for the springs, to be honest.
Going back to the Series 152 for the other assembly, there should be a stamp printed on the original spring that tells you which weight option to pick. It would be right on the band near the screw hole. If you can't find the stamp, or if it's too faded to read, then you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale and divide that by how many springs support it.
For example, if the sash weighs 10 pounds and you have 1 spring on each side (2 total), then you would divide 10 by 2 to get 5, meaning you need the 5 pound option.
Hopefully that makes sense. Please let me know if you had any other questions!
