Stamped number on balancer is 28D. It measures 29" long. I need a total of 12 new complete balancers for 6 windows. Windows are 16 yrs old, Label states it's a

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2840 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Though I believe that you will need either the S380 or S385, we also carry a 7/8" deep shoe option, the 15-029, which we can supply through a custom order if you require the smaller shoe. Thank you and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
