Window Balance

Question

I know it's a 385 balance labeled:

27-5 FJ5 CMC 34

I didn't measure it so hopping the label will help.

Hello,

We can't be sure of what you need without seeing the entire assembly removed from the window. If you believe that the S385 with winged end fittings matches your assembly, I would recommend comparing the S380-28 and S385-28 channel balance to yours. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
