Please let me know the manufacturer / part number of the window balance, its a 24" spring. The window might be 35 years old original to the house.

Thanks for posting! The white plastic shoe shown here in your photos appears to be the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Take a look over the dimensions to determine if these are the right fit for you.

I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to recommend a replacement spring for your window as we do not carry them.
If your window is a wood window, then a mill work near you may be able to set you up with new jamb liners.
If its a vinyl window then you’ll have to try to get in touch with the manufacturer directly.
