Window Balance

Unfortunately, the individual components of the balance assembly can not be repaired once it is damaged. These balances are under a lot of tension, which could result in further damage or injury. We should be able to offer replacement balances but we would need to see the bottom shoe and top clip of an undamaged balance fully removed from the window. It will also help to verify the spring diameter. Thank you!

Take a look at the conversion video below which will walk you through the process of converting your windows to use the S795 channel balances to replace the discontinued crossbow balances shown in your photos. These replacements will work as direct replacements as long as the diameter of your balance spring measures 1/2".
