Thanks for posting. A stamp of 22-3 indicates you have balances with metal channels that are 23" long, so please confirm. If so, this is either an S380-23 or S385-23 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2230.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply!
Unfortunately, even though the stamp number identify the lenght of the balance as 23" long, I messure and find that it is only 20" long without an attachement. Could you please revew it again and possibly find the correct type of my balance?
Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to me. No worries. Most likely your balances were cut down from their original size to fit the window. In that case, you likely have either an S380-20 or S385-20 Channel Balance, with the difference being the shoe depth as I explained above. As far as what to do about the stamp option, the safest thing to do is to weigh the window sash the balances support. You can use that exact weight to choose the correct stamp option, based on the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option under the product description on either the S380-20 or S385-20 shop pages. Let me know if you have further questions!
