Window Balance

Question

I need to replace a pair of window balances/sash (whatever they're called). They're winged. Markings that I can read say 19 5 FW CMC 4. The metal part is 20" long.

Thanks for posting! Your window balances are a match for either the S380-20 or the S385-20. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

I believe you'll need the 1950 stamp option. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 18 to 21lbs.
