Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance is a match for either the S380-28 or the S385-28. To determine which of these is the correct series, I'll need to know the measurement for the depth of the shoe. Please see the diagram below for reference.

The stamp on your balance suggests that the balances are used in a lower sash. Can you confirm this?

It also suggests the sash (window) should be 63lbs which would make this an extremely custom assembly. It would be a good idea to double check this using a scale.
