Window Balance

Question

Getting ready to order a bunch of 380 balances, but one small window has a different balance. It's 1/2" by 18" length and sash weighs 10#. Didn't see this one in your listing, so wondering if the 380 will work. This window is the same as the others, just smaller. Thank you.

Hello there. Do you mean the metal channel, not including the end attachments, is 18" long? If so, and if the shoe depth is 1", then the S380-18 should work fine. See the shoe depth below to confirm. For a 10 pound window you could choose stamp option 1720 (for a sash that weighs 8 through 12 pounds).
