Window Balance

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say I cannot confirm the balance series you have from the photos provided. I'll need to see clear photos of the top and bottom attachments on the balance to identify it. 

I'll also need to see any other hardware the balance might be used with, or that could be left behind in the window jamb.

Yes, this is extremely helpful. You'll need the S795-26 to replace your balances. It appears yours screw in at the top of the window jamb but its not really clear from the photo. If yours use a hook, please let me know; standardly, these come assembled with a screw tab.

The shoe on your balance appears to be the 15-194 1" T-lock Balance Shoe. These are sold separately from the balance but they're fairly easy to swap out with the shoe that comes on the balance.
