Window Balance

Question

Hello, I have unknown brand windows in my home...but the 34" sash balances are marked "33 3 CO CALDWELL"

The Sash are 34" wide x 35.5" high, and weight 20 lbs.

Does that help identify which balance(s) I need? Maybe S330-34?

I'm afraid not. That stamp isn't meant to identify the Series; it's not a part number or anything, it only tells you what the spring strength calibration is. The only way to do that is by comparing the physical attributes of the nylon caps with the replacement hardware available on our site. I recommend that you look at our Channel Balance Home Page and follow the steps in order to find the Series that best matches what you have.
