Replacement Milgard Window Balance

I'm having a hard time matching this balance. The metal bar looks to be 25 3/4 inches (metal length only) 1/2inch wide. The only numbers on the balance are 25 4 it's from a Milgard window.

Hello! We should be able to replace this, yes, but it will have to be a custom order. Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need?

I need 6 of them
I think that Product: S380-26 will work. The width of my shoe is 1 1/16 and the S380-26 is 1 inch. Length of my balance is 25.5 inchs S380-26 is 26. The bottom of my shoe extends 1/2 inch past the metal and S380-26 looks like it's only about a 1/4 inch past the metal so the total length will only be 1/4 longer than my balance.

Thanks! I would not recommend using the S380-26. We've had many customers try it without knowing they were different and ended up with the new balances breaking. They are not compatible in our experience. I will email you a custom order link and price quote for six right now.
