I need 4 window balances. The stamp number is 2940 BSI and the length of the metal channel is 30 inches.

That information doesn't tell you what to buy, but our channel balance guide does. Choose a Series, then select the 30" version and a 2940 option.

Thank you. Based on your pictures, I would recommend either our Series 390 or Series 351 depending on the size of the bottom shoe.
