I need the plastic upper sash guides and to different size balancers for two different size windows.

One size Balancer has the numbers 28G stamped on them and the balancer metal channel piece is 29 inches.

I also need a similar balancer that is 23 Inches Long and has the number 22E stamped on the channel body

Thanks for posting. This looks like either a Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Compare both with your old balances to see what matches best.

Comparison of the S380 and S385 balance shoes.
Comparison of the S380 and S385 balance shoes.

Assuming the two sets of balances have the same attachments, then the 29" balance will be either the S385-29 or S380-29. In either case, you'll need to choose a new stamp option. A stamp of 28G should translate to our stamp option of 2870,  which denotes a balance that can support a window sash in the weight range 39 through 42 pounds. The 23" balances should either be the S380-23 or S385-23. For a stamp option of 22E, go with 2250. Let us know if you have further questions.

Thank you so much. The only difference is the heal to toe depth on my balancer is just under 1". It's 29/32" in depth. This may be due to wear. It there a S series that has a slightly smaller shoe depth that's just under 1" in depth.

I agree, wear is very common for these parts after so many years of constant friction. If your depth is 29/32" then I feel confident that it was original 1" when brand new.
