The markings on this say "20 4 CALDWELL AM." It looks like the string broke but looks like it needs to be replaced overall.

Hey there. It looks like you have either the S380-21 or S385-21 Channel Balance, depending on the shoe depth. See below. For a stamp option choose 2040.
