Window Balance Coil Mechanism

I'm looking to identify the window part as shown. I need to replace a few of these and this is turning into a treasure hunt.

Hi Brian, thank you for posting,

Your coil balance assembly resembles the 15-177 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. If the spring is still in good shape, you can replace the shoe only.

If a spring is needed, you will need to match up the number on the coil to confirm the correct weighted option needed.

Also see the 15-143 coil bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel.
