Window Balance Cover

I ordered 5 balance covers from Norandex in Allentown for a rental property and they gave me what appears to be two-spring balance covers and I think I need three-spring balance covers. I have attached a photo of the label on the window and am holding the balance cover they provided versus the larger one that is on the window.

In addition, I did not know to set the balance stop and when I released the cover screw, the balance sprung within the track. When I get the new balance cover do I just position the spring near the predrilled hole and cover the spring or is there a better way to install the new cover with the spring released.
