Thank you for your patience while we looked into this. We may be able to help with this balance, but a big issue is that top hook in your last photo. We have looked everywhere and simply could not find anything that comes close. The only explanation is that it was custom build by the window manufacturer, since the balance manufacturer doesn't recognize it, either. If you want an exact match, you'd have to contact them directly. The other option is to take a gamble with our balance. We can custom make this with a 15-198 hook. My hope is that this hook will work the same way as your original, but there's no guarantee.
