Thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like our Series 795 Channel Balances. You will need to measure the length of the metal channel (but not including the bottom shoe) to determine what size balance from this series you will need. You will also need to select a stamp option that corresponds to the number stamped on your metal channel.
