Window Balance - Part # 23-4 0715

Question

I'm looking for a replacement balance part for my window (opens up and down).

I have the model number for the balance: 23-4 0715 VBS

However, I don't know how to use Swisco website to look for exact replacement.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window balance appears to be the Series 395 Channel Balance assembled with a winged top and wingless bottom guide. Since yours is stamped with a 23-4, you likely have a 24" balance but you'll want to double check the length of the metal channel to confirm this; excluding the attachments.

You can likely use the 2340 stamp option, which can support a sash weighing 18 to 23lbs.
