Window Balance Pivot Shoe and Bar

A quick learner from Maryland says:
This whole system is rusted and missing in our bathroom window. I am looking to replace it. Here is a similar window with a working window balance. There is one picture from the bottom that shoes the blue piece that holds the pivot bar and one picture from the top. The markings I found say PAT 353548. Thank you for your help!

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for your post. The pivot shoe you are referring to shows similarities to ours 15-087 that uses a Series 190 coil spring. Look over those two parts to see if these would make good alternatives. The pivot bar that usually works with these pivot shoes is the 26-040. Measurements are always important when determining a replacement. That said, compare your measurements of each of your part to ours and let us know if you need any further help.
